The Jr Race Car 3-spoke hub for 1-1/4" axle wide will fit standard 3-spoke wheels.  This hub has a wider body than the standars 3-spoke hub for more axle and key contact.  This hub is not needed for average race programs.  This hub is for special projects or +550 lbs packages.
