Shipping & Return Policy

Ordering:

Next day and second day orders made by 2:00 PM (MST) will be filled that day, subject to parts availability. Ground shipment orders placed by 4:00 PM (MST) will have every effort made to be shipped the same day, subject to parts availability.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via UPS. There will be a $4.00 charge on all orders for packing and handling. There is a minimum additional charge or $10.00 for all C.O.D. orders. All engine shipments will have insurance added to the shipping charges. This is for your benefit to cover lost or damaged merchandise.

Returns:

All returns must be authorized and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted only within 30 day of invoice date. All returned products must be in absolute new condition, as they were received. When you request permission to return a product, please have the invoice date and number available. Also include a copy of the invoice with the return shipment. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Credit will be issued in the form of credit to your JR account. No cash or Credit card refunds will be issued.

Freight Claims:

All freight claims and shortages must be made within 10 days after delivery of goods. Delivery of all merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the cartons and the merchandise in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage, file a claim immediately with the delivery carrier. Be sure that you keep all damaged cartons for inspection. We will be glad to assist you in any way possible, but we cannot guarantee any settlement with the carrier.

Refused Shipments:

All C.O.D. orders refused without authorization will be charged a minimm fee of $25.00

Back Orders:

Items that are back ordered will be shipped to you with your next order or as instructed by you. When your back order is filled, we will contact you before we ship it. Back orders over 60 days will be canceled unless instructed otherwise.
